What is a consultation?
During a real estate consultation, I meet with both buyers and sellers to discuss their needs and goals without locking them into a decision. For buyers, I assess their preferences, budget, and desired locations while providing insights into the current market. For sellers, I evaluate the property, discuss pricing strategies, and outline marketing plans. This session helps ensure that both parties are aligned and informed as we move forward.

How do I know if I can afford a home?
To determine if you're ready to buy a home, it's essential to start with a pre-approval. During the buyer consultation meeting, I can help with this or a pre-approval can be done beforehand. This will give you a clear understanding of your budget, allowing you to confidently explore homes that fit your financial situation. Knowing your budget is a crucial step the home-buying process.

If I'm not ready to move yet but I'm thinking about it, should I still reach out?
Yes! As a real estate agent I help my clients through the entire journey (even before it begins and after it is over)! If you need help getting your financial picture in order, learning what it means to buy vs. rent, or even just have miscellaneous questions I would be more than happy to help!
